waking up to the zoo was super cool i even saw giraffes right outside my window from the giraffe chalet the zookeepers were friendly and helpful which was a nice touch my kids definitely enjoyed feeding the elephants giraffes and hippos i also liked the bird and sea lion show a lot. the on-site facilities like the soft play and swimming pool were great i found it to be ideal for our family i can not wait to go back again soon. the room sizes were great and hygienic.
the internet was a little slow this made streaming movies difficult i also noticed the faucet in the bathroom was a bit rusted these small details could use some attention

the premium giraffe arena chalet was quite spacious and well maintained the air conditioning worked efficiently keeping the room at a comfortable temperature the bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower which was convenient.

the swimming pool was clean and well maintained i noticed plenty of loungers around the pool area there was a dedicated soft play area for children this was perfect for keeping my kids entertained during our downtime.

the staff were generally very polite and helpful the check-in process was quick and efficient i found the zookeepers to be especially knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the animals they were caring for.

excellent serviceamazing animals
the restaurant had excellent service!!! our room was cleaned daily. i got upgraded to the premium giraffe arena chalet upon arrival. the animals were amazing, it was like a scene in a movie.
the pool never sees the sun, so it's somewhat cold.

zoo access and great rooms!
room size
I appreciated the room size and also the zoo was easily accessible! the pool was very clean. we enjoyed half a day there. The waterfall feature was especially fun. the giraffe chalet was nice. i enjoyed sipping coffee while watching the giraffes.

i liked that my room had appliances such as a microwave refrigerator water heater and a coffee capsule machine. the room was spacious and clean i could see the animals inside the zoo were well taken care of. my daughter enjoyed the swimming pool a lot it was a great stay for families friends and couples.
the water did not drain properly from wash basins

Family Fun and Animal Sounds!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient in a quiet area. It was only twelve minutes from all theme parks. The zoo experience was suitable for kids under five. My room was large enough for a family. I saw plenty of plugs in the bedrooms. It was good for charging devices.
The breakfast was not great. It was not a very big variety for what I paid for the room.

The hotel is located in a quieter area which I appreciated. It provided a more relaxed atmosphere away from busy tourist spots. The hotel is close enough to major attractions. It offered convenient access without being right in the middle of everything.
