I had a mixed experience at Emirates Park Resort. While the views of giraffes and zebras from my family chalet were good and the staff were friendly, I found the accommodations lacking in amenities like kitchen facilities. Although the kids had a great time interacting with the animals and I enjoyed the dining options, some aspects, like the need for renovations, left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a family chalet that was spacious and clean but had no kitchen facilities. It was lovely to overlook the animal area, making for a unique experience.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, although I had some issues when they didn't inform us about the zoo's closure during our stay, which was disappointing.
Location
8.0
The location is great for maximizing your zoo visit, with direct views into the animal habitats, which was exciting for my kids.
Dining
6.0
Dining options included the Hideout restaurant which had good food but could improve its menu selection. The room service breakfast was disappointing with plastic-packaged products.
Facilities
5.0
The resort had nice facilities like a swimming pool and access to numerous animal interactions, yet it requires some major renovations for better overall comfort.

I had a mixed experience at Emirates Park Resort. The location is unique, right next to a zoo, which was definitely nice for my family. However, some aspects like the cleanliness of the rooms and the dining options left me wanting more. Overall, it's a decent spot for a short family getaway, but it could use some improvements.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a great location near the pool, but cleanliness was an issue, especially with the carpets and a strong smell in the bathroom. The room size was also smaller than I expected.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests, but I encountered problems with missing towels and maintenance issues.
Location
8.0
Being connected to the zoo was definitely a highlight for my daughter, and the overall area was great for a family trip, though it could be noisy at times.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited and the food quality felt more like a canteen than a resort. Breakfast choices were also underwhelming.
Facilities
6.0
Amenities were functional, but the overall resort felt outdated and parking could definitely be better. However, I appreciated the prompt service when I needed assistance.

My stay at Emirates Park Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The zoo's proximity and family-friendly atmosphere were fantastic, but I found the room itself a bit small and outdated. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our birthday celebration special. Overall, while the resort has its charm, I'd say it could use some improvements.

Rooms
6.0
The room was comfortable, but I was disappointed by its size and some outdated furniture. we even had to ask for towels, which took longer than expected.
Service
9.0
Staff members were super friendly and helpful. especially the manager who arranged good surprises for our daughter's birthday celebration.
Location
7.0
Located near the zoo, the resort is accessible, though a bit distant from city attractions. it's also not easy to find rideshare options nearby.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were somewhat limited, and breakfast lacked variety. though the onsite restaurant had decent food.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included a pool and activities at the zoo, which were enjoyable, but I wished for more dining options and better amenities.

My stay at Emirates Park Resort was a mixed bag. The clean zoo was a fantastic highlight, and I loved getting up close with the animals. However, the room left a lot to be desired: it was small, lacked basic amenities, and the dining options were pretty limited. Overall, while I enjoyed the experience of the zoo, the accommodations didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Rooms
6.0
The Deluxe Pool Access Room was smaller than I expected and had some issues like noise and a strange smell. Plus, we had to wait over an hour for towels which was frustrating.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful; I appreciated their assistance during our stay, especially the ones involved with the zoo activities.
Location
8.0
The resort is conveniently located, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. The proximity to the zoo was a big plus for my family, especially with young kids.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were limited; breakfast choices were basic, and I was hoping for more variety. The restaurants were also not open for room service until late, which was inconvenient.
Facilities
6.0
Although the zoo was a fantastic feature and well-maintained, other facilities like the pool were not available during my visit, which was disappointing given the hot weather.

I had a good time at the Emirates Park Resort, thanks to its close proximity to the zoo and friendly staff. The experience was enjoyable, but the room could have used some updating. The dining options were decent, providing a good mix of meals, but nothing lovely.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, but it felt a bit dated. Some amenities were missing, which was a letdown. Overall, I appreciated the comfort, but it definitely needs some refurbishment.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly courteous and quick to respond to requests. However, I found the service to be a bit inflexible when it came to some accommodations for children. Still, their friendliness made a positive impact on my stay.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, with the zoo just steps away. It’s a wonderful setup for families looking to enjoy nature and wildlife. I loved being able to sit with my family and watch the animals up close.
Dining
6.0
Dining at the restaurant, The Hide, was good but not great. The meals were satisfying, but I felt there was room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor.
Facilities
7.0
The resort had solid facilities including a pool and activities for the kids. However, more options could enhance the overall experience. The housekeeping service needs some improvement.
